Description
This high-quality dealcoholized sparkling wine is the third alcohol-free sparkling wine creation from Heribert Bayer—this
time a vintage sparkling wine. The alcohol-free sparkling wine is a blend of Grüner Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller and Rivaner.
The grapes come from the Weinviertel region. The wine was vinified using traditional methods. The alcohol was removed
using vacuum distillation and aroma recovery, preserving the aroma. After dealcoholization, it was bottled with 6 bar of
carbon dioxide added.
